Note from the build

Most outbound opportunities are not lost in the pitch.

Most outbound opportunities are not lost in the pitch.

They are lost between the signal and the follow-up.

A BDR managing over 500 accounts must remember and act on signals scattered across the CRM, outreach tools, call notes, marketing activity, intent data, and AI automation platforms.

Every day, they need to know the following:

1. Which accounts need fresh outreach
2. Who asked for a callback, and when
3. Which prospects were referred by someone else
4. Who replied to an email or sequence
5. Which accounts are already in automation, so outreach does not clash
6. Who engaged with marketing content or downloaded an asset
7. Which form fills, intent signals, or drop-offs have not been followed up

Traditional CRMs hold much of this data, but they do not always make it easy for a rep to understand: “What should I do next, and why?”

So I helped create a BDR Brief: one command centre that brings the daily work together.

It combines account scoring, tiering, fit, engagement history, intent, open tasks, automation status, replies, callbacks, referrals, marketing engagement, and gaps that could otherwise slip through.

Reps can also jump directly into the relevant HubSpot account when they need more context.

We even added a small morale boost: Rocky from Project Hail Mary to remind the team to drink water and occasionally cheer them on.

The next step is making this more agentic: helping reps research accounts and create tailored messages directly from the same workspace.

What would your ideal daily BDR brief need to surface first?
